Kartinhaus pushes his sleeves tight against his thick forearms, while continuing to bellow out grievance after grievance – his fists pressed down hard enough against the table to turn his knuckles red.
Yusuf (in an expensive black suit) stands with his back to the conference room wall, as he stares stoically down an empty hallway. He appears blissfully ignorant of the heated activity occurring with the room behind him.
Kartinhaus (sweating through a dark button-down shirt) is standing nearest the closed glass doors that lead out into the hallway. He looks neither patient nor casual, glaring across the table at Philip.
Bernadette (her business jacket draped over a nearby chair) sits casually a few seats further down from Philip, near the 60-inch TV monitor mounted onto the wall.
Philip (in a pressed three piece suit) sits patiently at the far center of the table – an unamused expression across his face.
Gemini fires out a series of blasts from each hand. The ground explodes in a semi-circle of destruction at the edges of the southwest lawn, cutting off the larger escape routes. People freeze in their tracks, looking back hopelessly at the creature.
Gemini (ignoring the screams echoing across the park) looks down at his metallic palms – both crackling with energy. He levitates off the ground to hover some 10 feet above the destroyed patch of lawn, and surveys the fleeing masses.
Gemini hangs at the edge of the rip for a moment before jumping feet-first. Dropping like a boulder, he makes impact with the northern section of the lawn, and Uptown Manhattan quakes. When the smoke clears around the newly formed 6 foot crater, the unfortunate still-conscious survivors nearest him get a close up look at
