Bernadette continues on, removing several more items – a mesh halter top, a fish-net shirt, pink-tinted gloves and a short white cape. One-by-one, she drapes them along the length of the saw horse.

Adam gives Bernadette a sour look back, while shaking the shoes at her. She ignores his offer as the top luggage lock pops free and she flips open the smaller case. Adam, now more interested in the contents of the luggage, places the shoes down atop the photo on a nearby workbench, and leans in
Adam takes back the (more wrinkled) photo, attempting to exchange it for the high heels he holds out to Bernadette.
Adam arrives and hands her the case, that Bernadette stacks on top of the other. While she spins its lock with one hand, she again hands Adam the photo of the beastly woman.
The longer silver case now sits atop two wooden saw horses, while Bernadette works its combination dial to pop open its lock. But she keeps the case closed, as she waves Adam over.
Clearly no longer in control of his own body, Magmamite marches back towards the battle zone. Puffing out his chest and throwing out his arms, he lets out a wild scream and blasts out a storm of hot lava rocks in all directions.
Suddenly, there is no opponent left for Magmamite to grab. The Possessor’s body becomes intangible before vaporizing into nothing more than a dark black mist that drapes itself across Magmamite’s body, turning his reddish glow a shade darker. Magmamite’s expression goes blank. He straightens up to peer down at his own steaming, rocky hands. Lava
The Possessor slaps both hands onto Magmamite’s rocky chest, unconcerned as his palms sizzle from the touch. Magmamite attempts to pull them off, before realizing in horror that the Possessor’s fingers are sinking into his stony hide.
The Possessor takes a final lunge towards Magmamite, who continues to fire off one ineffectual blast after another. When his back hits against the invisible dome, Magmamite knows there is nowhere left to retreat. They lock eyes.
