Action

Barbara flashes the cut sign to Silvio, then tosses him her mic. He heads back to their truck, while Barbara takes in a final look at the afternoon’s aftermath.

Barbara watches the sight for a moment, then motions for Silvio to focus the camera back in on her.

Clarity, realizing she has gained the attention of the authorities, nudges Barbara to the side, to run back the way she came. Her metallic wings reemerge, and after a few steps, she goes airborne and flies off and up into the sky.

Clarity ignores Barbara’s questions, spinning around – hoping to spot any sign of the ones she seeks.

As Clarity touches down near the end of the city block, her wings collapse inward and disappear behind her white half-cape. She sprints forward and scans the aftermath. Barbara (with Silvio in tow) confronts her with microphone in hand.

Silvio aims the camera high, taking a moment to scan the skyline before he discovers Barbara’s find.

Barbara stops speaking and her eyes are drawn upwards. Her mouth drops open for a brief moment, before her professional demeanor kicks back in. She swings her head back towards the camera and Silvio.

Nobody (dropping his mask inside his sweatshirt) heads down down the metal stairs, whistling as he does.

Nobody looks down at his former gimpy arm and wiggles all his fingers to assure himself of no long term effects. Satisfied, he takes both hands and rubs his sweaty, tired face. In the process, he catches a whiff of his own aroma. He points his nose to his armpit to confirm, jerking his head

Nobody jogs over to the edge of the building and flips himself over and onto said fire escape. Insuring there are no unexpected onlookers, he drops his hood and slides off his hockey mask.
