The Possessor slaps both hands onto Magmamite’s rocky chest, unconcerned as his palms sizzle from the touch. Magmamite attempts to pull them off, before realizing in horror that the Possessor’s fingers are sinking into his stony hide.

The Possessor takes a final lunge towards Magmamite, who continues to fire off one ineffectual blast after another. When his back hits against the invisible dome, Magmamite knows there is nowhere left to retreat. They lock eyes.
