Once again, this is Barbara Rodgers, WNSG, live from Lexington Plaza, where a Phenom calling himself Terrain is terrorizing the city. The last of our able bodied NYPD officers have now been forced outside this one-block radius of destruction. There are reports of multiple serious injuries but thankfully no confirmed deaths at this point. But it may only be a matter of time if this situation cannot be deescalated quickly.

While his exact demands are not clear, the best we can surmise at this juncture is Terrain appears to be advocating for the freedom of…the dirt beneath the street? I know that sounds outlandish, but at this point…
