The normally busy Lexington Avenue area is now a battle zone. Ragged slabs of concrete jut up from the street, cracked pipes spill out equal parts water and steam, while exposed wires crackle and spark. An overturned car bursts into flame, pumping a fresh mushroom cloud of black smoke into the air. In the center of the destruction, a large (empty) city bus is crashed on its side, blocking both sides of the street. The police have established a perimeter at either corner of the block, keeping the gawkers a safe distance from the man responsible for the disaster – Terrain.
